2. Data we process
Depending on how you use SimplyDurak, we process account data such as email address, username and provider identifier; profile photos; friendships and invitations; chat messages; username searches; device and push identifiers; purchases; virtual balances; gameplay, match results, statistics and achievements; reports; and technical diagnostics and security events.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to provide accounts, online games, friend features, chat, purchases, rewards, support, security and abuse prevention. Our legal bases include performing our contract, legitimate interests in a secure and reliable service, and consent where required.
4. Advertising and consent
Rewarded ads are provided through Google Mobile Ads. The SDK may process coarse location derived from IP address, device identifiers, ad interactions, performance information and crash data. Where required, we request consent through the User Messaging Platform. On iOS, tracking is enabled only after valid App Tracking Transparency permission.
5. Service providers
We use selected providers for app distribution, authentication, hosting, databases, object storage, push notifications, payments, advertising and security. These may include Apple, Google, Vercel, Fly.io and infrastructure or storage providers. Apple or Google processes payment credentials; we do not receive complete payment-card details.
6. Retention
Account data is generally kept until account deletion. Chat messages are normally removed after 180 days. Temporary game and reconnection state is retained for much shorter periods. Purchases, security events, reports and records required by law may be retained longer for their defined purpose.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent for future processing. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.
9. Account deletion
You can request deletion through the Delete account page. We may retain limited records where required by law, fraud prevention or an unresolved dispute.
10. Children
SimplyDurak is intended for adults under its current store rating. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We update this policy when features, providers or legal requirements change. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
