1. Scope
These terms govern your use of SimplyDurak. By creating an account or using online services, you agree to them.
2. Eligibility
You may use the service only in accordance with its age rating and local law. Account information must be accurate and credentials must be protected.
3. Games
Matches are managed by authoritative servers. To reduce queue times, managed automated players may fill available seats. Disconnections, maintenance or technical failures may end a match.
4. Virtual items
Coins, play credits, gifts and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, and may not be traded outside intended app features. Store purchases are also governed by the applicable store terms.
5. Conduct
Manipulation, automation, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, security circumvention and use of another person's account are prohibited. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify or discontinue features. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
7. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
